The Insatiable Opium Cowboys

coming through the rye - frederic remington

The Insatiable Opium Cowboys were a group of friends who played music together in 2003 and 2004. They gigged together regularly as Richie Rhinestone and The Insatiable Opium Cowboys, and also were the backing band for Voodoo Savage's release recorded in 2003. The common ground the Cowboys had in their thoughts about rock music, and the contrasts in their individual styles made for good times for the Cowboys and their audiences. The Cowboys have come to an end (for now), as two of the members have gone overseas, and I for one will sorely miss it.
